This blog was created as a way for me to get my baking and treat-making to the masses. But for those of you close enough, you can indulge for real.
A basic cupcake includes a cake base and frosting. Upgrades include fillings, edible toppers and gluten-free or vegan treats. I can re-create most flavors in a homemade, southern style cake.

Cake balls are a great party treat. They're super delicious, bite-sized balls of the perfect balance of cake and frosting... They can be done on sticks for a great grab-n-go treat. I also make a variety of southern confections.
Pretty much every kind of dessert out there, all made by hand in small batches with premium ingredients.
